Fitness and health is a passion that I have had for most of my life, but I really fell in love with it during my post college journey to lose the extra college weight and get back into shape. In general healthy people are happier, more productive, energetic, and more confident. These attributes carry over to all aspects of life, business, careers, family, and overall wellbeing. In 2009 I began my journey to switch careers into the health and wellness industry and now as one of the owners of Midtown Health and Fitness and Double Edge CrossFit I, along with my team are here to provide Reno with state of the art coaching and training facility, in one of the most positive environments in the country.
I have attained my Bachelors degree in Health Ecology from the University of Nevada Reno; I am a certified personal trainer through the American Council on Exercise, CrossFit Level One certificate holder, CrossFit Mobility certificate holder.
My joy for health is working with my valued clients to help them reach their wellness dreams of feeling better then ever before in their life. Whether it is to get rid of chronic pain, loose weight, increase mobility, or just improve general fitness. I make it my personal mission to give the absolute best in personal training, and wellness coaching I can.
I approach personal training with a full-body and functional training style. I focus on training the body as a whole and not just specific muscle groups. The body is meant to work together as one and training in that manner is key to the success of my program. There is no better duty or job then serving people and their health needs.
I will always go above and beyond to provide the absolute best in customer service to accommodate my clients every need. I will never quit preparing, seeking and finding ways to be the best in my service to you and to make sure that you achieve all you can when you are under my care and guidance.
